# Root & Return Wellness
> Root & Return Wellness is a therapy and healing collective in Connecticut that provides integrative, trauma-informed therapy for individuals, couples, and families ready to heal, reconnect, and return home to themselves.
Founded and led by Rachel Forbes, LCSW — a licensed clinical social worker, educator, and member of the adoption community — the practice blends evidence-based and holistic approaches to support healing across mind, body, and spirit. Root & Return holds particular depth in adoption-related experiences, attachment trauma, anxiety, depression, complex trauma, grief, and life transitions. Services are available virtually across Connecticut and in-person in Madison, CT.
