I am attentive to the ways identity, culture, relationships, and systems of power influence our lived experiences. Throughout our work, we will work toward deepening self-understanding and creating space for healing, growth, and new possibilities.

My approach to therapy is warm, relational, and insight-oriented. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and able to bring their full selves to each session. Together, we will explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, making room for both the challenges you are carrying and the strengths that have helped you navigate them.

For over a decade, I have helped individuals make meaning of difficult experiences and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. As a therapist, I pay attention not only to what is happening in the present but also to the patterns, stories, relationships, and experiences that shape how we move through the world. I am attuned to both what is spoken and what may exist beneath the surface, helping clients uncover insights that can lead to greater clarity, self-compassion, and choice.

My work is informed by psychodynamic, attachment theory, and trauma-focused approaches, as well as feminist and critical race perspectives. I am attentive to the ways identity, culture, relationships, and systems of power influence our lived experiences. Throughout our work, we will work toward deepening self-understanding and creating space for healing, growth, and new possibilities.

I have a particular interest in working with Black, LGBTQIA, young adults, and older adults navigating grief, loss, identity exploration, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
