My role is not to tell you who to be, but to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and practical support as you discover what healing, growth, and authenticity look like for you.

Healing doesn't have to begin with having everything figured out. Sometimes it starts with simply having a space where you can take a deep breath, be yourself, and know that you don't have to carry everything alone. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted exactly as you are. I believe that meaningful change happens when we feel safe enough to explore our experiences with curiosity rather than criticism. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, questions surrounding identity etc.. we'll move at a pace that feels right for you while working toward the life you want to build.

Clients often describe me as calm, approachable, and easy to talk to. I strive to balance compassion with practical guidance, helping you better understand yourself while also learning skills you can use outside of session. I take an eclectic and holistic approach to therapy, drawing from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Gender-Affirming Therapy, and other modalities. Rather than believing there is one "right" approach, I tailor therapy to your unique needs, strengths, values, and goals.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and my Master of Social Work from Fordham University. My passion is helping people better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, build resilience, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that may have been overshadowed by stress, self-doubt, or past experiences.

I also believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is not to tell you who to be, but to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and practical support as you discover what healing, growth, and authenticity look like for you.

Outside of the therapy room, you'll often find me crocheting, reading, exploring cozy video games, discovering new music, or unwinding with a favorite TV series. I also have a deep appreciation for nature and environmental stewardship, and I'm inspired by the idea of creating a more connected, compassionate, and sustainable world.

I'm a good fit for...

  • Adults and young adults seeking a warm, collaborative, and supportive therapeutic relationship.
  • Individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or major life transitions.
  • People who want both emotional support and practical tools they can apply in everyday life.
  • Members of the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities seeking an affirming and inclusive space.
  • Anyone who is ready to better understand themselves, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
