Change, healing and growth can be hard, yet it can be freeing-- providing both relief and possibility.

Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious or exhausted? I understand the unique challenges that come with each phase and season of life. You may be feeling alone or as if no one understands. It can feel especially challenging when it appears as though everything is wonderful, yet inside, you are crumbling or being less than kind to yourself. Teens may be facing anxiety, academic pressure, and mood swings. Couples may be feeling stuck, distant or recovering from betrayal. Families may be struggling with conflict, communication, tension, or disconnection. You may have tried to continue as you have always been, yet you may be discovering that you can no longer ignore your struggles.

I offer a holistic, “out of the box” approach, drawing from my depth of both life experience and education, providing clients with a sense of feeling safe, seen and understood. I take an individualized, practical, and down to earth approach in guiding and facilitating change. Change, healing and growth can be hard, yet it can also be freeing-- providing both relief and possibility.

My clients experience me as kind, empathetic, honest, practical, relational and inspiring. Clients find me easy to talk to and experience relief, as they feel the genuine support and gain new perspectives. They leave each session with clarity, tools, connection and resources to integrate independently outside of sessions. I utilize a blend of modern, traditional, evidence-based, and creative therapeutic modalities, such as Trauma Informed Care, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, Nervous System Regulation, Somatic Informed practices and more. I work with teens, couples and families.

I hold a Bachelors of Social Work and Masters of Social Work from Central Connecticut State University. I am also a Licensed Master’ Social Worker (LMSW) through the State of CT and a certified youth yoga and mindfulness practitioner.
